"Shuttle Never Showed Up"
We waited around for what felt like forever and the shuttle just never came. Nobody at the hotel seemed willing to help or give us a straight answer, which made the whole situation even more frustrating. At this point, I’d like this escalated because it really messed up our plans.

Parking was a nightmare. I had to park so far away it felt like I was walking forever just to get there. When I mentioned it, all I got was one of those canned apologies that didn’t really address anything. Frustrating experience overall.

"Fun apres-ski, just not quite what I pictured"
I had a good time with the apres-ski scene at Killington, especially after a solid day on the mountain. A few of the bars had a really fun buzz, with music going, people hanging out in their ski gear, and that classic post-snow-day energy I was hoping for.
At the same time, I think I expected it to feel a little more consistently lively across the board. Some spots were great, but others felt kind of dull, and the busier places got crowded fast and felt a bit expensive for what they were. Overall, it was enjoyable, just a little more hit or miss than I had imagined.

"Booking felt way more frustrating than it should’ve"
I’m not sure if it was just me, but the site froze twice while I was trying to book, and somehow I still got charged. I feel like that shouldn’t happen, right? It made the whole process really stressful when it should’ve been simple.

it was packed from the second we got there... lines for pretty much everything and it felt like we were just shuffling through crowds all day. Kinda hard to enjoy it when you’re waiting around the whole time, not really worth it for me

"Customer service was a letdown"
I tried reaching out to Killington customer service for help, it turned into a frustrating experience. I waited a long time just to hear back, and when I finally did, the response didn’t really answer what I was asking. It felt like I was getting bounced around from one person to another, and no one really wanted to take ownership of the issue. For what you pay, I was expecting a lot better. Definitely not the kind of experience I was hoping for

I was disappointed with the food situation. There wasn’t much to choose from, and what we did end up getting felt way overpriced for what it was. The lines were long too, which made it even more frustrating. I also got the impression that nobody really read or took concerns about the dining experience seriously. the food was the worst part of the visit.

I checked Killington’s website before going and expected it to be a lot better than it was. Maybe it was just a rough stretch of weather, but the trails were icy, the snow coverage felt thin in a lot of areas, and there were more bare spots than I expected for the price. If you’re nearby and just want to get a few runs in, maybe it’s fine, but for the drive and lift ticket cost, it really didn’t feel worth it that day. Left disappointed...

"Refund policy feels unfair"
I booked through killington.com and ended up having to cancel because my plans changed. I figured there would be some kind of reasonable refund option, but nope, it really felt like the whole setup was working against the customer.
The refund rules didn’t feel clear to me until I actually needed to use them, which is super frustrating. When I reached out, customer service basically just kept pointing me back to the policy, so that didnt really help anything.
I lost way more money than I expected, and it left a bad taste. I probably wouldnt book again unless I was 100% sure nothing could change, and even then I’d still be nervous about it

I was a bit disappointed with the terrain variety at killington. After a few runs, a lot of the trails started to feel similar, and I was expecting more of a mix to keep things interesting.
For the price, I also expected clearer instructions or better guidance on which areas had different types of runs. Maybe other people enjoy it more, but for me it started to feel repetitive quickly.

"Not the conditions they advertised"
I went after they were saying the coverage was good, so I figured it would be a decent day out. But once I got on the trails, it was a different story. There were icy patches all over and way more bare spots than I expected. For what they’re charging, the snowmaking just felt half-hearted. I tried to make the best of it, but i don’t think I’ll be rushing back anytime soon

"Pretty good family spot, just a little tricky"
I went with my kids and we had a decent time overall. Some of the areas were good for families and the staff were nice about this and that, which helped. But getting around felt a little confusing at times, especially with younger kids, and the prices for stuff add up faster than you expect. Not a bad experience, just wish it was a bit easier and more kid-friendly in that way.

I didn’t have a great experience because the staff came across as rude and weren’t very helpful. When you need assistance and don’t feel welcomed, it just makes the whole visit frustrating.

"Not as clean as I remembered expecting"
I went in thinking it would be a fun, easy day out, but what I remember most is how dirty everything felt. The bathrooms were gross, and the common areas didn’t seem much better. I remember seeing trash bins overflowing, wet muddy floors, and just getting the impression that nobody was really staying on top of the cleaning. For what they charge, I expected the place to be in much better shape. It was disappointing.

I was really excited to spend a day at Killington, but wow, the lift ticket prices were a lot. Once you add in all the fees and extras, it just didn’t feel worth it anymore. I still love the mountain, but the cost made me rethink going 😬

"Ski school was way more complicated than it needed to be"
The ski school was a letdown. Everything felt kind of messy from the start, and I was like, why is this so complicated? The lesson started late, and my kid didn’t seem to get much one-on-one help once it finally got going. For what we paid, I really expected it to be better organized and more helpful. It just didn’t feel worth it.

The rental equipment was bad. A lot of it felt worn out and not well maintained, which made the whole experience frustrating. I also tried reaching out to support, but the replies felt like copy-paste answers that didn’t really address what I was saying. Not a great experience overall.

"Spent the Day Getting More Frustrated Than Skiing"
I went in excited to ski, but the mood shifted fast once I realized how much of the day was going to be spent standing in lift lines. Some waits were easily 30–40 minutes, and after a while it just felt draining, like nobody was really keeping the crowds under control.
For what it costs, I expected a much smoother experience. The trails were actually decent once I finally got up there, but getting onto a chair was such a headache that it kind of killed the fun.
By the time I left, I was more irritated than anything. I don’t see myself coming back on a weekend anytime soon because it felt oversold, crowded, and just not worth the money.
